Dallus Creek is one of those magical places along this remote stretch of the Gulf of Mexico coastline in Taylor County, Florida. Once you reach the park there's plenty of room for parking although the dirt road in can be rather bumpy and narrow at times.
The park area is located in a remote hammock and tidal swamp at the mouth of Dallus Creek.
There's a nice trail to walk that follows the creek back a ways where you'll see birds and the wonders of the Real Florida nature.
Whether hiking, fishing, scalloping or just plain hanging out, you'll find the Dallus Creek area a great place to visit. |
